1. Who we are

ielts.bot is run by Nick Rogerson, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at admin@ielts.bot. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Nick Rogerson, and “you” means the person using the site.

7. Refunds

We do not guarantee refunds. If you have a problem with a purchase, email admin@ielts.bot within one month of buying, saying what went wrong. We look at each request on its own and decide.

This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

8. Using the site fairly

You agree not to:

The site's tests, questions, recordings and feedback are ours or our licensors'. You may use them for your own practice, not copy them for others or for sale.

9. What you send us

You keep the rights to what you write and record. You give us permission to use it to mark it, to run and improve the site, and as our privacy policy explains, including sharing it with our AI provider, which may use it to train its models.

10. Keeping the site running

We try to keep the site working, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. We may change or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you have paid for while your pass is running, we will refund the unused part.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts where you live, and you keep any protection your own country's law gives you.
